Pro HR should be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes where we stand. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the technical standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882, applied in Sweden from 28 June 2025).
What we have done
- Keyboard-reachable controls with a visible focus outline, and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Colour palette with text and button colours chosen for AA contrast.
- Meaningful alternative text for images, labelled form fields, and motion that respects the “reduce motion” setting.
Known limitations
Some parts of the application, such as video interviews, rich-text editing and document previews, may not yet fully meet the standard. We are working on them and will list them here as we assess each one.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email [privacy contact email] (or use our contact page) with the page address and what went wrong. We will reply as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Swedish Agency for Digital Government (Myndigheten för digital förvaltning, digg.se) or the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (pts.se).
